Just in case you needed another excuse to eat chocolate KitKat have come up with the perfect excuse.

The brand will open its KitKat Chocolatory in Sydney CBD’s Mid City centre next Monday — and those interstate travel bans have felt more cruel.

If you’ve been harbouring some secret Willy Wonka-confectionary skills the KitKat Chocolatory is your chance to shine.

As well as offering a range of exclusive, “premium” flavours, the Chocolatory also has a Create Your Break section which allows chocoholics can create up to 30,000 different combinations of chocolate.

Those who are willing to leave it up to the experts can sample the KitKat Chocolate Train which features KitKats containing fillings such as Yuzu Ganache, Peanut Butter and Raspberry, or if you’re feeling particularly adventurous, Wasabi Crème.

There’s also a sit-down option at the KitKat Tasting Table where chocoholics can sample a range of KitKat-inspired desserts in 90 minute seatings.

Finally for those that maybe struggle to chose just one flavour, you can buy from the Chocolatory’s Mix Your Break range, which features 12 different flavours including Matcha, Churros and Cotton Candy.

The store is the first of its kind in NSW with another boutique in Melbourne, joining other KitKat Chocolatories in Japan, Malaysia, Britain, Canada and Brazil.
