Kim Zolciak is finally owning up to her plastic surgery. It is no secret that Zolciak has gotten lip injections over the years, but on this week’s episode of Don’t Be Tardy, she finally admitted to her daughter, Ariana Biermann, that her flat stomach is not natural.

Zolciak opened up about her plastic surgery while Ariana was struggling to find a prom dress that fit her figure. After Ariana lamented that she could not fit in her favorite dress, Zolciak revealed that she “paid” for her stomach before encouraging her daughter to accept her body as it is.

“I paid for a stomach!” Zolciak told Ariana. “You’re beautiful. I love you. You’re beautiful the way you are. You have to accept yourself.”

Zolciak’s attempt to comfort her daughter did not initially work. The mother of six later stepped into the dressing room and tried on the same outfit that Ariana originally wanted, just to prove that even she was too large for the gown. The move did the trick and Ariana finally opted to go with a different dress for the special event.

The revelations come after Zolciak admitted that she does not want any of her daughters to go under the knife, despite the fact that her oldest, Brielle Biermann, has already had lip injections.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star told her kids that they should not worry about getting plastic surgery until after they have children of their own. Once they have kids, then she thinks it is okay to re-evaluate the situation.

Zolciak currently shares six children with her husband, Kroy Biermann, including Brielle, Ariana, KJ, Kash, Kaia, and Kane. Kroy is not the biological father of Brielle and Ariana, whom he adopted after marrying Zolciak in 2011. Zolciak is rumored to be thinking about having another child, though nothing official has been confirmed.
